The Challenge
EFS was tasked with delivering durable, code-compliant finishes across multiple public-sector sites ranging from secure military bases to active junior highs and field houses. These environments demanded strict safety standards, tight construction windows, and finish quality that could withstand high daily usage.
What We Did
Between 2021 and 2025, EFS completed over 450,000 sq ft of public construction work. Our team handled new builds and remodels with scopes across Divisions 3, 9, and 10 executing polished and stained concrete, ceiling systems, and bathroom partitions. We worked in close coordination with general contractors and facility directors to ensure seamless phasing and reliable delivery under educational and federal regulations.
