Chante Edwards serves as Controller at Executive Flooring & Construction Solutions (EFCS), where she oversees financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, structure, and long-term scalability. She is responsible for accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, while maintaining full oversight of financial systems and internal controls.
Originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Chante brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, with additional background in early childhood education and business ownership. Her career spans roles in government, healthcare, education, and corporate environments, including work with Walmart and its vendor network, where she developed expertise in sales and use tax, licensing, and financial operations.
Her experience as a business owner, combined with exposure to multi-industry CPA practices, has shaped her ability to manage complex financial structures and apply disciplined financial oversight across growing organizations.
At EFCS, Chante leads the design and execution of the company’s financial infrastructure, including the formation and management of 15+ entities, intercompany funding structures, and treasury operations across 20+ accounts. She establishes and enforces accounting policies, ensures compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, and partners closely with executive leadership to support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Chante plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial ecosystem—owning reporting accuracy, internal controls, and the systems that support daily operations. Her leadership ensures that EFCS operates with clarity, discipline, and financial confidence at every level.
She is known for her ability to bring structure to complexity, acting as both financial gatekeeper and strategic partner—ensuring the organization’s financial systems are accurate, controlled, and built to support long-term growth.
