Christopher Lindsey

Chris Lindsey serves as Senior Estimator at Executive Flooring & Construction Solutions (EFCS), where he leads the estimating department and oversees pricing strategy, bid submissions, and preconstruction accuracy. He is responsible for ensuring every estimate is competitive, precise, and aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Originally from Canyon, Texas, Chris has been immersed in the flooring and construction industry from an early age, formally beginning his career in 2004. With over 20 years of experience across construction, estimating, project management, and operations, he brings a comprehensive understanding of both field execution and preconstruction planning.

Chris also served in the United States Army from 2003 to 2011 as a 13B Cannon Crewmember operating the M109A6 Paladin system. During Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007, he served as a Lead Convoy Scout, responsible for IED detection and route clearance in high-risk environments. His military background instilled a high level of discipline, accountability, and decision-making under pressure—qualities that continue to define his professional approach.

At EFCS, Chris holds final authority over all estimates and bid submissions, ensuring accuracy, speed, and margin integrity across every project. His work spans large-scale multi-family developments, tenant infill projects, and high-end residential construction, with project sizes ranging from 1,000 to over 650,000 square feet.

Chris is known for his ability to deliver rapid, high-accuracy estimates under tight deadlines without compromising quality. His leadership is grounded in a results-driven mindset, with a consistent focus on precision, accountability, and execution at every level.
