Jason Sibley

Since joining Executive Flooring & Construction Solutions in 2019, Jason Sibley has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company's retail construction division. As Retail Construction General Manager, he oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of retail construction projects for nationally recognized clients including Walmart, Sam's Club, Quest Diagnostics, Fidelity Mutual, and other regional and national brands.

Jason is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project operations, coordinating field and office teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. His leadership extends across every phase of construction, from initial planning and budgeting to project completion, allowing him to maintain consistency and accountability throughout the process.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, Jason thrives in fast-paced environments where communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential.
