Jonathan Moll leads construction operations at EFCS, overseeing field execution, quality control, and project delivery across all divisions. His leadership is defined by a field-first approach that prioritizes accountability, precision, and performance.
Following the September 11 attacks, Jonathan enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2003, earning a meritorious promotion during boot camp. He deployed twice to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving in Al Anbar Province, including Fallujah. His military experience established the operational discipline and leadership style he brings to construction today.
With over 15 years of combined military and industry experience across construction, environmental services, and furniture systems, Jonathan co-founded EFCS in 2018. As CCO, he ensures that every project meets the company’s standards for execution, timeline, and craftsmanship.
He remains actively engaged in the field, reinforcing EFCS’s core principle: leadership is demonstrated through action, not position.
