Josh Moll

Josh Moll is the founder of Executive Flooring & Construction Solutions (EFCS) and the driving force behind its culture, standards, and operational philosophy. Raised in Central Arkansas, he began his leadership journey early, enlisting in the United States Marine Corps at age 17.

During his service, Josh deployed with the 24th MEU following the September 11 attacks and later participated in the initial invasion of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He was honorably discharged as a non-commissioned officer with multiple commendations.

After returning to Arkansas, Josh built over two decades of experience in commercial flooring and construction, developing a reputation for reliability, speed, and execution under pressure. In 2018, he co-founded EFCS with his brothers, establishing a company grounded in discipline, accountability, and hands-on leadership.

As Founder, Josh continues to shape the company’s culture and internal standards. His leadership philosophy remains embedded across the organization: strong companies are built through consistency, accountability, and a commitment to delivering on every promise. Josh continues to drive the company’s growth by expanding its capabilities into new divisions, positioning EFCS as a more comprehensive and scalable construction partner.
