Walmart | From Remodels to Headquarters
The Challenge
Walmart’s long-term growth strategy required consistent upgrades to its retail stores, distribution centers, and specialty departments across the U.S. often in occupied environments, under tight schedules, and across multiple states simultaneously.
By 2025, the challenge evolved: contribute to the development of Walmart’s new 350-acre Global Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas a high-profile, multi-building campus representing the future of one of the world’s largest companies. The project demanded elite coordination, high-spec finish quality, and seamless execution within one of the most complex corporate construction environments in the country.
